Training is led by David Partner, a highly experienced instructor with more than 35 years of national and international training expertise.

Mr. Partner holds:

  • Master’s Degree in Teaching and Learning (Summa Cum Laude)

He previously served as a Senior Instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, where he trained thousands of personnel and contributed to nationally recognized programs, including:

  • Firearms Instructor Training Program (FITP)
  • Use of Force Instructor Training Program (UOFITP)
  • Active Shooter Threat Instructor Training Program (ASTITP)
  • Instructional Techniques for Non-Lethal Training Ammunition (ITNTA)

  • Multiple FLETA-certified programs

Firearms & Tactical Training

ARM Group provides high-quality training in the safe handling, proficient application, and legally justified use of firearms. Our programs are designed to enhance each law enforcement officer’s ability to safely and effectively operate required weapon systems.

We also offer specialized instruction for field firearms instructors responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating agency requalification programs.

All firearms instructors are required to maintain certifications through nationally accredited training programs, with many holding multiple certifications.

ARM Group offers mobile training teams capable of delivering on-site instruction, ensuring flexible and accessible training solutions.

For tactical training conducted in Alabama, all instructors are certified through the Alabama Peace Officers' Standards and Training Commission.
