Public Notice: ARM Group Service LLC has diligently developed a set of tactical standards and recommendations using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) model.

These "standards" were subsequently distributed without authorization via mass emails across Alabama and beyond. All versions of these standards—whether digital, paper, or other—are copyrighted, registered with the US Copyright Office under numbers 1-152851231 and 1-152851267, and strictly prohibited from unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or dissemination under copyright laws. As stipulated in Ala. Code 1975 § 13A-8-80, these materials cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, modified, transmitted, sold, or used for creating databases or derivative works.

These standards were later "edited" in a traceable word document. Although these standards were never officially adopted, they were later plagiarized, leading to potential legal penalties including significant fines and possible criminal charges for copyright infringement. It is imperative to highlight that any unauthorized use of these standards and recommendations, including plagiarism, is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action. Plagiarism is not only unethical but also a violation of intellectual property rights. Engaging in such actions compromises the integrity of all parties involved and undermines the legal protections afforded to original creators. We at ARM Group Service LLC take these matters very seriously and will enforce all available legal remedies to protect our work and prevent the unauthorized use of our copyrighted materials.

Any reproduction, modification, or distribution of this content without the express written permission of ARM Group Service LLC or the credited copyright holder is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized alteration or removal of any copyright notices from website content is also prohibited.
