FREE Mid-Level Supervisor Course (Baldwin County, AL)

This course is for any first responder. This course location is being developed. 

This course is designed for law enforcement professionals stepping into—or currently serving in—first-line supervisory roles such as Sergeant or Corporal. It focuses on building the leadership, decision-making, and accountability required to effectively lead officers in high-pressure, real-world environments.

Participants will learn how to transition from being a high-performing individual contributor to a leader responsible for team performance, discipline, and mission success. The course emphasizes practical leadership skills that can be immediately applied on shift, in the field, and during critical incidents.

Students will work through scenario-based discussions and practical exercises that mirror real supervisory challenges—ranging from handling internal issues to making split-second operational decisions on scene.

End State:
Graduates leave with the tools, confidence, and leadership framework to effectively lead their teams, make sound decisions, and positively impact their agency’s culture and performance.
