Mid-Level Supervisor Course

This course is designed for law enforcement professionals stepping into—or currently serving in—first-line supervisory roles such as Sergeant or Corporal. It focuses on building the leadership, decision-making, and accountability required to effectively lead officers in high-pressure, real-world environments.

Participants will learn how to transition from being a high-performing individual contributor to a leader responsible for team performance, discipline, and mission success. The course emphasizes practical leadership skills that can be immediately applied on shift, in the field, and during critical incidents.
