Tactical Team Leader Course

This course is designed for current and aspiring SWAT team leaders responsible for planning, directing, and executing high-risk operations. Students will develop the decision-making, communication, and command presence required to lead small tactical elements in dynamic environments. Instruction focuses on mission planning, threat assessment, team movement, use-of-force considerations, and real-time problem solving under stress. Through scenario-based training and practical exercises, participants will refine their ability to control chaos, manage personnel, and accomplish the mission safely and effectively.
